1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Serse service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Serse on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. The service
Serse is an AI-powered SEO platform that provides analytics, keyword intelligence, content automation, technical auditing, and agent-based workflows. We offer access to the platform on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
Features may vary by plan. We reserve the right to adjust, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information at registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Serse is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are involved in abuse, security incidents, or violations of these terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
All fees are shown exclusive of applicable taxes. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees on each renewal date.
Refunds are not generally provided except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a specific offer. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Free trials
We may offer free trial periods. At the end of a trial, your account will convert to the selected paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
6. Your data and content
You retain ownership of all data, content, and connected properties you bring into Serse. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to connect and process your data using the platform, including any third-party accounts you authorize such as Google Search Console.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Serse to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Scrape, abuse, or overload our infrastructure or third-party APIs
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
- Interfere with other customers' use of the platform
- Resell or sublicence access without written permission
- Use the service to generate spam, deceptive content, or conduct designed to manipulate search engines in ways that violate their guidelines
We may terminate access immediately for serious violations without refund.
8. AI-generated content
Serse uses AI models to generate content suggestions, recommendations, and automation outputs. These outputs are provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before it is published or acted upon. Serse does not guarantee specific ranking outcomes or the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions.
9. Intellectual property
The Serse platform, interface, brand, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Serse and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use Serse trademarks, logos, or branding outside the platform.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Serse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serse's total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Serse after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Serse operates, unless local law requires otherwise.
