3. Inspect an opportunity's source, date and target page before creating a brief, goal or change.
4. Review the prepared revision and destination. A provider draft, published CMS record and verified customer website are separate states.

Content moves from a brief to a draft, review, publication and website verification. Approval applies to the exact revision and destination. Significant edits require a new review.

Check the connector's resource mapping and sample before enabling writes. Supported scope varies by provider. You can keep drafts and export them when no publishing destination is connected.

Open the original work record and inspect the provider receipt and recovery scope. An unknown response does not establish that nothing happened. Use its reconciliation or investigation flow before retrying.

Pausing stops future work. It does not reverse a completed change. Recovery can restore only the fields and resource covered by the approved snapshot; a fresh website check follows recovery.
